Kindred Souls Foundation provides sanctuary to abandoned, abused, and neglected cats and dogs of all ages, a holistic approach to their care, and education on the rewards and responsibilities of animal companionship. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, and a Washington State registered charity.
This #GivingTuesday we want to provide animals in our outreach programs with food, supplies, flea treatment, de-wormer, supplements, and cozy blankets.
We partner with the Crystal Judson Family Justice Center in Pierce County to provide food, supplies, and services to animals who are fleeing domestic violence situations with their devoted human companion. An on-site Pet Pantry stocked with items allows the advocates immediate access to the needed supplies. Spay/Neuter certificates are issued to the survivor so that he/she can ensure the cat or dog is not at risk for becoming pregnant. Core vaccines are covered at the time of spay/neuter or at free vaccine clinics we offer during the year.
Similarly, we provide outreach to animals at the Nativity House Apartments and Day Shelter and Stability Site in Pierce County. A stocked Pet Pantry is available and our volunteer LVT’s and Veterinarian provide wellness exams, core vaccines, flea treatment, nail trims, de-wormer, and free spay/neuter vouchers.
Another way to support our outreach effort is through our wish lists with Chewy.com and Amazon Smile!

We would be honored if you would consider supporting our organization on this #GivingTuesday by helping us with our goal to raise $2000 for our outreach services.
